Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bak999 ("bak999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at https://bak999.cam and all associated services, content and features offered therein.

bak999 is an English-language online gaming and sports betting platform developed for users in the Pakistani market and internationally where lawful. The Platform provides access to sports betting markets, live casino products, slot games, instant-win titles and associated account services.

Definitions

Account Eligibility

3.3 Single Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on bak999. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3.4 Personal Account Use

Accounts must be registered in the User's own name and used solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment. Registration on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to operate your Account, is not permitted.

3.5 Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be acting under duress, legal disability or any order that restricts your financial dealings.

Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address and any other fields designated as mandatory. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify bak999 support immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link) if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bak999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC or passport for Pakistani users), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation for higher-value transactions. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4.4 Account Currency

Pakistani users may register Accounts denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). Once selected, the account currency cannot ordinarily be changed. bak999 displays balances, deposits and withdrawals in the registered currency.

Terms of Use

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use the Services solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that:

• Violates any applicable law, regulation or ordinance;
• Infringes on the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights;
• Introduces malware, viruses or any harmful code into the Platform infrastructure;
• Attempts to manipulate odds, game outcomes or betting markets through collusion, arbitrage abuse or technical exploitation;

bak999 reserves the right to investigate any Account activity that appears inconsistent with normal personal use. Suspected fraud, bonus abuse or manipulation will result in immediate Account restriction, suspension or permanent closure at bak999's sole discretion.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits are accepted through payment methods made available on the Platform at the time of transaction. Payment method availability varies and may include familiar local references such as bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast) and cryptocurrency where operator terms permit.

6.2 Withdrawals

6.3 Currency

bak999 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, free spins, cashback, referral rewards and other incentives at its discretion. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. Where a conflict exists between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term shall prevail.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games and time limits are stated in the individual bonus offer terms. bak999 reserves the right to void winnings derived from bonuses where wagering conditions have not been met.

7.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available only to eligible Players who satisfy the conditions stated in the applicable promotion. bak999 reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion without prior notice where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or multiple account use is suspected.

7.3 Illustrative Figures

Any PKR figures referenced in promotional materials (e.g., "PKR 25,000 welcome bonus", "PKR 1,000 referral credit") are illustrative examples only and are subject to change. Actual bonus values, minimum deposit thresholds and match percentages are confirmed in the live offer terms at the time of qualifying.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed bonuses and bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirement within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without compensation.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on bak999. Specific product rules (e.g., cricket match-winner markets, live casino game rules) are governed by the operator's supplementary rules available within each product section.

• Wager Finality: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless bak999 makes a specific concession in writing or as part of its cash-out feature where available.

6. Collusion with other Players to manipulate market outcomes or casino game results;
7. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or circumvent the Platform's security systems;
8. Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity;
9. Threatening, harassing or abusing bak999 staff or other users through any support or communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bak999 Platform — including but not limited to text, design, graphics, software, trademarks, logos, game content licensed to the Platform, and the Platform's structural layout — is the intellectual property of bak999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written authorisation from bak999 is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bak999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform;
• Interruption to Services caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party infrastructure failures or network issues;

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Account Termination

13.1 Termination by the User

Users may close their Account at any time by contacting bak999 support. Any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal subject to KYC verification and standard withdrawal terms.

13.2 Termination by bak999

bak999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10, failure to complete KYC, legal or regulatory obligations, or if continued operation of the Account presents risk to the Platform or other users.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, the User's licence to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any outstanding bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned subject to the completion of applicable verification and compliance reviews.

Amendments

bak999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect from the date they are published on this page. Where changes are material, bak999 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or an in-platform notification.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease use of the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Where a specific dispute resolution procedure is provided for under the operator's licence conditions, those procedures shall apply prior to any court proceedings.
